Our Providers

Richard Rodriguez, MD

Dr. Rich graduated from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa in 1986. He completed a 3 year pediatric residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center/Arnold Palmer Hospital for Women and Children in 1991.

After his residency, Dr. Rich joined his father, Carlos Rodriguez, MD, in his private practice. By December of 1993, he joined Dr. David Carr at Pediatrics Plus, in Orlando, where he maintained a practice for over 13 years. While working with Dr. Carr was a great experience, Dr. Rich had dreams of owning his own practice closer to home. He knew that this would allow him to practice what he preaches and spend more time with his family.

Dr. Rich and his wife Cindy are the proud parents of Michael and Phillip. When his sons were younger, Dr. Rich spent lots of time with them in boy scouts, as well as coaching their hockey team, while Cindy was proud to be their number one cheerleader.

Now that his sons are older, Dr. Rich spends his free time playing pickle ball, swimming, tending to his yard, and enjoying precious time with his wife and family.
